OK, a couple things.
Mark over Manic Productions just texted me so that I would remind everyone that the very funny Neil Hamburger is over at Cafe Nine tonight. What I would add to this is JP Incorporated is opening. I've written about him before. Hysterical.
On to the difficulties, I'm trying to make this blog wider, but can't figure out how to make this border wider, so there's a line in the middle of the posts. Does anyone know how to fix this? Later, aligators.

Since I've never been unfortunate enough to have to attend one, what exactly goes on at an engagement party? Is it one of those stoic affairs where folks are supposed to act maturely, yet "oooh" and "aaaah" over the engagement ring? PLEASE tell me there's an open bar.
Wish we had seen the post about the cocktail competition sooner. I realize I'm blogging right in the middle of it, but there's no way we'd get there before 4:30. I can only hope it made up for the aforementioned party. Regarding the competition...PLEASE tell me that there was an open bar.
